How do I sign up?

  1. Register your details (this part is free).
  2. Buy one of our subscription packages to activate your membership.
  3. Browse through our online lessons, or use our search option, and stream the videos to your computer / mobile device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The 28 days of access is a one off payment, non-reoccurring, so at the end of your subscription period, you will not have any further access, and you should not be charged until you renew manually.

If you are signed up to a reoccurring membership option, first log into your PayPal account, find your reoccurring subscriptions, and cancel the payment there.

To change or cancel your agreement with digi-pole, log in to your PayPal account at go to your Profile, and click My money. Then in the “My pre-approved payments” section.

You should see any regular payments showing on this page.  View more details about the payment to digi-pole, and then update the agreement to ‘cancel profile’, which will then stop the reoccurring billing.

Do you provide refunds for online lessons?

Unfortunately not.  Once you have paid for your subscription, you will be automatically given access to the secure members area of digi-pole.  Therefore, there is no way for us to ‘take back’ what you’ve purchased, as you’ve already had the use of it.
